Facts on the Mac Pro:

The processor of a Mac Pro can come in different sizes depending on what you need. The bigger the processor, the faster your desktop will run and vice-versa for a smaller processor. The new Mac Pro is up to 1.3 times faster than the previous Mac Pro because of the new processor and the speed of it. 

The new Mac Pro has two 18x SuperDrive at you disposal. Documents, pictures, projects, etc. on your desktop could be backed up onto two different CD's at one time. This makes the burning process a lot faster and simpler. You can even have the two CD's doing something completely different from each other. You can import music whilst backing up your data at the same time.

The Mac Pro is user-friendly and is highly recyclable. The Mac Pro is made out of aluminium enclosure, aluminium is a recyclable product. This meaning that the Mac Pro can be reused in other Mac products. There is a little bit of plastic used in the Mac Pro, but it is made form post-consumer recycled plastic. Apple also tried very hard to no use harmful toxins in their product. Because the Mac Pro used recycled materials/materials that can be recycled, it earned the highest rating of EPEAT Gold (Electronic Product Environmental Assessment Tool Gold). EPEAT determines how environmentally friendly the product is, the amount of energy it uses, and how is it manufactured and designed. The Mac Pro met the EPEAT Gold expectations.
